We have been witnessing markets move up and down with greater voracity in the past few months as sentiments drive both optimism and fear. Fundamentally, it is extremely likely, if not a certainty, that the world will suffer a recession in 2021 when the central bank stimulus is lifted. It is improbable to assume that this stimulus can continue much past mid-2021 as affordability of these measures on state coffers becomes a massive strain on most, if not all economies.
